How the price works

A client is active in a month when anyone logs finished time for it that month. Your plan follows the average of the last 12 months, rounded up, and the Billing panel shows every count and which clients made it.

  • Any time counts, billable or not.
  • Your studio's internal client never counts.
  • We review the plan once a year. Crossing a limit mid-year blocks nothing and costs nothing extra.

Questions

What counts as an active client?
A client with any finished time logged against it in a calendar month, billable or not. The internal client you use for the studio's own work doesn't count.
What happens when a freelancer joins?
On a paid plan, nothing. Add them for one project, give them a rate, and the price stays where it was. People never change the price of a paid plan.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You pay by invoice, or the extra people are deactivated and the studio goes back to Free for one person. Nothing becomes read-only and no data is deleted.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer against a VAT invoice, in PLN or EUR, monthly or once a year. Prices are net and VAT is added. There's no card payment yet.
Can I export my data and leave?
Yes. An admin downloads every table as CSV in one zip, at any time, and for 30 days after you cancel.
Can you help us move from Clockify?
Yes, on any paid plan. We bring over your people, rates, clients, projects and full history, then check hours and amounts with you month by month. The Free plan doesn't include it. Write to us.
